Eligibility
This call is open to submissions from EAWOP members who have published an article in the past four years broadly on the topic of "women and/or minorities in the workplace" in one of the EAWOP-sponsored journals — namely EJWOP, OPR, or InPractice.
Applicants should create their infographic based on their published article which communicates their findings in a concise, understandable and appealing way to practitioners and policymakers.
The infographic should be A4 size, and submitted as a JPEG or PDF.
Evaluation criteria

Does it fit with the topic area and relevance of research findings for industry and policymaking?

Does it use concise and understandable language for practitioners and policymakers?

Does it have a clear and appealing title, layout, and graphics to communicate the research?

Prizes
A prize will be awarded for the most appealing communication of their research findings to practitioners and policymakers.
The winner will receive a certificate and an award of €300, which should be used for academic or research purposes.
We will also recognise the two runner-up submissions with a certificate and bursary award of €150, which should be used for academic or research purposes.
Competition dates
The competition will open on Thursday 2 January 2025 at 0900 hrs and close on Monday 3 February 2025 at 0900 hrs.
Recognition
All three winning entries will be displayed on the EAWOPii website Women and minorities strand and social media channels.
Announcement
The award will be announced at the 2025 EAWOP Congress in Prague, capital of the Czech Republic.
